About Harriet Lennon

I’m Harriet Lennon, a registered osteopath practising from a home-based clinic near Hove Park, Brighton and Hove. I have over 26 years’ clinical experience and hold a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy and additional postgraduate qualifications in paediatric osteopathy and clinical practice. I learn about current clinical evidence through participation in quarterly National Council for Osteopathic Research meetings. I’ve taught, mentored and served on academic and research committees.

Feb 2026 Harriet has been treating me for a while now for various long-term niggles, and has been consistently helpful. Harriet is knowledgeable, professional and friendly and takes the time to evaluate what’s changed since the last visit, which makes the treatment feel relevant rather than routine. I normally come away feeling more comfortable, and the simple advice and exercises she suggests have been useful for managing things between sessions. It’s so reassuring to have someone reliable who helps me keep on top of ongoing issues (it seems to take a village to keep me mobile and pain-free as I get older, and Harriet is definitely a cornerstone of that village!) I would not hesitate to recommend her. Thank you Harriet.
