About Harriet Lennon

I’m Harriet Lennon, a registered osteopath practising from a home-based clinic near Hove Park. I have over 25 years’ clinical experience and hold a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy and additional postgraduate qualifications in paediatric osteopathy and clinical practice. I’ve taught, mentored and served on academic and research committees, and I keep up to date with current clinical evidence.

My approach

I begin with a straightforward assessment of movement and function, then build a treatment plan tailored to your needs. I use a range of manual techniques — from structural mobilisations and soft tissue work to gentle cranial techniques — chosen to suit the individual. Treatment is supported with practical exercise prescription and short instructional videos when helpful.
